From order to doorstep
Where your order is
Many of our products are made on demand, so an order is processed as the candy is made. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

1. Order placed
All major credit cards are accepted. Gift wrap is free of charge, and custom and special orders are welcome.

2. Made and shipped
Products are typically shipped within 3 days of receiving the order, because many of them are made on demand.

3. On the truck
We ship via UPS, which delivers in approximately 1 to 4 business days after shipment. During summer months, chocolate shipments carry a $5.00 cold pack fee.
Damaged by UPS? We want to know about it.
Call or email us and we will take the claim. Hollow items are extremely fragile and cannot be covered, so solid items are always the safer thing to ship.
